Around 4:30 this afternoon I spotted a mature male Snowy Owl which flew up from the top of a telephone pole as I approached. It then flew south out of seeing range. This was at the intersection of 205th Ave. and 430th Street just west of Holdingford in Stearns County. A Snowy had been reported near hear several days before.
