Hello, The 2014 Sax-Zim Bog Birding Festival is filling up fast. We have 130 participants from nearly 30 states and one birder from the UK. That means we only have 20 spots open and the festival will have reached its limit on what we can handle for participants. So if you have not registered yet please do so as soon as possible. After we reached 150 participants we will start a waiting list.
I have a decent list of field trip leaders to help lead festival field trips this year but I am looking to add some more leaders this year to co-lead field trips or lead field trips. If you are interested in being part of the festival as a field trip leader or co-leader we have a retreat house that houses all our leaders, you will be paid for leading or co-leading field trips, all your meals are paid for, we help with your gas expenses to reach us and free admittance to the festival.
