Good morning to all, I talked to the person that saw the Snowy Owl in Fillmore county, and it was last week when he saw it. When he has seen it has been at a very close range. One of the times the bird was on the shoulder of the road as he drove by (it does not sound like it flew that time). Another time it flew up when he was getting his mail . It landed in a neighbors field a short distance away.
