Two Snowy Owls still present in Ramsey, Anoka County. One was on a light pole just west of the roundabout off of Sunwood and Armstrong Blvd (near Coborn's Grocery Store) The other one was on the north side of Armstrong Blvd and was sitting on and near a cell phone tower.
