Saw a snowy owl 6:30 a.m. today 1/27/14 swooping around in Bloomington just south of I-494 at Hwy 100. What a kick. Yesterday we hunted for a couple that have been seen in Ramsey, MN where we live--no luck. I did see one earlier this month in Ramsey, perched atop a light pole intersection of Sunwood Dr. NW and Zeolite St.
