Hello - Both Snowy Owls are still present in Ramsey, MN. North of Highway 10 east and west of Armstrong Blvd.
I actually got to take one of my clients today to see the one on the east side. It was on top of a light pole at the eastern most end of Coburn's (even seen from Highway 10).
