Hi All, I relocted the Snowy Owl found by Bob Ekblad last evening. However, it had moved about a mile WEST of Clay County Road 11 along 190th Ave. It was right at the spot where the road narrows due to snow and was on a power pole. I snapped a couple of photos as well.
