There are two male red-winged blackbirds at our headquarters feeder again
today.  Purple finches were here this morning.

A red-shouldered hawk was hunting along CR 16 this afternoon - west side of the
refuge.

Horned larks are more abundant today - numbers have been building over the past
several weeks.  There's still a large flock or two of snow buntings along CR 3
east of Santiago.

Have alerted volunteers and staff to be on the lookout for the osprey(s), and
let me know asap if they see one.
