Hi All--

Yesterday, 18 February, I drove over the the Cannon/Wells Lake causeway
just west of Faribault, Rice Co. In the spot of open water under the
bridge, a drake Common and a drake Hooded Merganser swam among the Mallards
and Canada Geese.

I interrupted my blogging about Erika's and my month-long journey to visit
relatives in Texas and New Mexico with a photo of the Common Merganser.
