Just saw a Red-shouldered Hawk perched on a wire (looked to be in hunting mode) on Tamarack Drive, just north of Hennepin Co. Rd 24 in Medina.
Also, numerous juncos and Fox Sparrows around - the type of birds that often hit windows during migration. It is time to make your home windows as safe as possible against deadly bird strikes.
