With the recent warmth, the shallow area of my ponds opened up. This morning, we had 7 Wood Ducks, 6 Hooded Mergansers, 2 Mallards & 2 Canada Geese. On Sunday, I saw a flock of about 12 Red Breasted Mergansers fly over and we finally saw tree swallows for the first time this year.
