I did some birding along the roads following the Le Sueur river today, south of the town of Le Sueur. Most notable were Orange-crowned Warbler, many Lark Sparrows, Lincoln Sparrows, 5 species of hawk including s Red-shouldered and 4 Broad-winged's. A wet field along hyw 99 east of Le Center (mile marker 34) with at least 23 Lesser Yellowlegs and one Greater Yellowlegs. -jerry pruett -- chance favors the prepared mind
