This is a reminder that the annual Crane Meadows National Wildlife Refuge bird walk will be held this Saturday (May 10th) from 8:00 until noon. Refreshments and a snack will follow. Meet at the trails head just west as you enter the refuge. We need a few good birders to assist with the novices. On Saturday I walked the trail and the Warblers were just starting to arrive and there was plenty of water fowl in the area. You are more than welcome to attend.
