Lifelong birder, just joined! Saw a male Western tanager today along the Mississippi River bluff in Minneapolis. I work at the St. Kate's Minneapolis campus, and it was along the tree line on the west end of Riverside Park where it meets my building. Great view of it as it landed on a park bench right in front of me!
