The MBWbirds.com website was updated yesterday with the current registration status of this season's remaining MBWeeks and MBWeekends, along with the summaries of the completed MBWs. While most remaining MBWs are already filled, there are still a few vacancies on the North Shore I and Winter Duluth I MBWeekends. Note especially as well that several vacancies remain on next winter's South Texas I (South Texas II is now filled), California, and Arizona MBWeeks. And if this coming winter is anything like last winter, any of these MBWeeks would be a welcome escape from the weather here.
Yesterday's website update also included some corrections and additions to A Birder's Guide to Minnesota (http://mbwbirds.com/A_Birders_Guide_to_Minnesota.html). Although this guide has been out-of-print for several months, occasional updates such as this will continue to appear as needed. As always, please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
