I found a Black-bellied Plover on the beach on Minnesota Point (a.k.a. Park Point) in Duluth today, July 28th. It was on the beach at the extreme end of the point, just on the Minnesota side of the Wisconsin entry to the harbor. The MOU web site suggests that they are not common during the summer, thus this report.
