The Minneapolis City Council voted unanimously to urge the Vikings and Sports Facilities Authority to switch to glass that would reduce bird collisions (as well as save energy). Thanks to all who wrote to council members.

So more pressure is needed, but this helps with other efforts... and it would have been a lot worse if this had failed.
