One adult, two juveniles, sighted this morning (8:40am) at the Popular WMA
(Popple Lake of Acton Twnshp, Sec. 32)(SW of Grove City). They were foraging
in the "east bay" near the homestead there. Best possible viewing of the
marshland could be along 220th St (SE side of the lake through open spaces of
bordering trees) or park on the SW corner of the WMA (520th ave) and walk with
your scope up on a rise of the bluestem prairie to view most of the marsh edges
which is how I found them. Sight toward the house and find weed mats. They
disappeared from view after about twenty minutes. mjb
