I've visited the Least Tern location on and off throughout the day and have not seen them.
Lots of Blue Grosbeaks at Blue Mounds State Park - 3 males and a female in the vicinity of the Interpretive Center; two males and a Red-headed Woodpecker near north end of the prairie by the beach area.
