I recommend Papago Park in Scottsdale, although I have not been there for a few 
years.  I was at a professional meeting in Phoenix and drove over there to bird 
whenever I had a couple hours to spare.  Saw my one and only Bronzed Cowbird, 
although I think they are somewhat irregular there.
