(Posted by Josh Wallestad <[email protected]> via moumn.org) Yesterday I found a female Eastern Towhee while birding at Robbins Island Park in Willmar. I was walking around the edge of the slough in the woods just to the south of the Robbins Island Nature Trail at the west end of the park. Specifically I found the bird at the northwest corner of the small slough.
Steve Gardner called me around 11:30 this morning to let me know he refound the Towhee in the exact same spot. Other good birds I've seen recently in Kandiyohi County include a single Black-bellied Plover and a single American Golden-Plover on Friday at Carlson's Dairy west of Pennock. ---- Join or Leave mou-net: http://lists.umn.edu/cgi-bin/wa?SUBED1=mou-net Archives: http://lists.umn.edu/archives/mou-net.html
