Saw two Northern Shrikes about 12:30 p.m. on "old" Superior Street on the Duluth side of the Amish Furniture Store out near McQuade Harbor. The two birds were on both sides of the road, but eventually went below the railroad track into the woods. I could hear them calling back and forth.
