The Minnesota Ornithologists' Union Records Committee will conduct its annual December meeting this coming Sunday (December 7^th ) at the Trailhead Lodge. The meeting typically lasts about four hours. The main purpose of the meeting is to discuss whether certain bird sightings should become part of the permanent record of Minnesota birds. The public is welcome to attend.

For those who may be interested, the Trailhead Lodge is the second driveway north of the main entrance to the Carpenter Nature Center (12805 St Croix Trail S Hastings, MN 55033). The Lodge is on the east side of County Road 21.

Hope to see you there.
