The Harlequin Duck, first reported by Richard Hoeg on Sunday the 7th, was in the little bay, lakeside of 20th Ave E, in Duluth, at 8:30 a.m., Tuesday, 12-9-2014. The Harlequin Duck was doing synchronized preening and diving with a Bufflehead.
