Ken and I saw the Snowy Owl again at 1 PM today (12/28) in the location previously reported by Bob Ekblad, on Madison St. about ½ mile west of 13th St., in front of the CTC Building. This is just west of the Crow Wing County Fairgrounds. The owl was perched on the top of a powerline pole.
