I just got a third hand report of an "albino owl" that was located 1 mi west of MN 47 on MN 95 yesterday. There is a light post in a parking lot of a bait shop. It was perched on the post. The person reporting it to me saw the photo of it and ID'd it as a snowy. He knows enough to know that much.
