We also had a possible sighting of a Goshawk just north of old Cottage Grove. The observer was comfortable with making the ID, I believe, it was on December 31st.
On the Wabasha count on Saturday we had flock of about 50 Redpolls on top of the bluff over Reeds Landing, which was outside the count circle and a two Purple Finches and a large flock of Pine Siskins south of the Pioneer camp area near the dam south of Wabasha.
