Chris West notified me yesterday that the Hawk Owl located at the Kelly J Sewing Center on the Jean Duluth Rd in Duluth, would like everyone to observe the owl from the shoulder of the Jean Duluth Rd. vs. driving into the large parking lot. There is another business located in the back called KP Horse or something like that and those employees have always greeted me and are welcoming but the sewing business owners ( near Jean Duluth Rd ) seem not to inviting or over whelmed with visitors looking at the owl. So to avoid issues, it would be best to park your car on the shoulder of Jean Duluth Road to view the owl.
Also I would like to add the same notice to the Northern Hawk Owl on the Beyer Rd & Jean Duluth Rd. Do not enter driveways to view the Northern Hawk Owl. I seen in the past few weeks people walking into drive ways that are clearly posted "No Trespassing" so please stay in the shoulder of the road to view the owls.
