Hi Again,

I am sorry that Tim Blackwood got someone who spoke completely 
differently--should I say antithetically?- to what my experience was.

Before I even could tell her why I was calling about the Sibley book, she said, 
"Is this about the color printing problems?" 

I said yes. She asked 2 more easy questions about info from the publication 
page and took my address.

Maybe I won't receive anything and maybe they also deal quickly with some of us 
by just humoring us with no intentions of actually following up, but I doubt 
it. At least I'm hopeful.
