[mou-net] Northern Hawk Owl Duluth

A co-worker reported seeing a Northern Hawk Owl today late morning on the Riley 
Road. The bird was just west of Jean Duluth road in a Spruce tree on the north 
side of Riley Road. Riley Road is by the Duluth soccer fields and the tree farm 
for the city. This bird may have already been reported at this location. It may 
be one of the birds from further north on the Jean Duluth Road.
