Bird lovers and advocates

I was surprised the hummer photos went thru the MOU filter. My computer friend
said it wouldn’t happen and once I had opened the images, I could not revert
the message to "click here to open photos". On "send", however they went as
links. I don’t understand, but it worked. My sister, who sent the first
mailing did send the website of the 20 photos, so you can see them all here for
sure.

Note that there is no Ruby-throated in the album and that viewers are asked to
submit good hummer photos. So an opportunity to share your images on the
WorldWideWeb. I also didn’t note any photo credits, but you might be able to
add that to your photos.

"To a person uninstructed in natural history, a country or seaside stroll is a
walk through a gallery filled with wonderful works of art---- nine-tenths of
which have their faces turned to the wall." --- Thomas Huxley

“In the end we will conserve only what we love. We will love only what we
understand. We will understand only what we are taught.” – Baba Dioum

(And teaching would include self-instruction and observation. HDThoreau, by
close and continuous observation of nature, was largely self-taught. A
philosopher and naturalist, he is now also known as the "first ecologist".)
