Yesterday afternoon at the Agassiz Valley impoundment southeast of Warren, MN,
there was one Black-bellied Plover on the Marshall County side. It looked like
a lot of shorebirds exited since my last visit; however, there were still a
handful of both yellowlegs, Least and Semipalmated on both sides of the county
line, and a few Stilt Sandpipers on the Polk side. Not many ducks present
currently, but there are Canada geese, pelicans, cormorants, Great Blue Herons,
a Great Egret, and Black Terns.
