There is a pair of Peregrine Falcons that have been very reliably seen at the Coon Rapids Dam Park on the Anoka County (East) side of the Mississippi River.
Follow the hiking/biking trail all the way to the south end of the park and just past the Hwy 610 bridge. They are being seen at the top of the high line tower. Once in a while they may be at the top of the high line tower on the West side of the river, but usually on the East side.
