[mou-net] Nelson's Sparrow

I had good looks at three Nelson's Sparrows this morning at the Wildlife 
Management Area one mile west and three-fourths miles north of Winnebago, 
Faribault County.  The birds were in the newly restored prairie at the bottom 
of 
the hill and to the left of the trail leading east from the parking area.
