At about 10:45 am today, at 9th Street and 2nd avenue, 15 stories up. I saw a hawk take a Pigeon, then fly it up to another tower, 21 stories up across from me, where it has spend the last half hour eating it. I can see the feathers of the Pigeon floating down. The hawk looks like a Peregrine Falcon, but I don't have my binoculars. He has a dark hood, and also white under chin, maybe about 25 inches high. He left ledge at about 11:25 a.m.
