Someone posted a three-toed woodpecker in Pennington County on Ebird. I have called the folks that reported it and they will call me if it returns. I will post it again if I get an update. The bird has not been confirmed but the description seems credible. If you want more information, contact me and I can give you their phone number. It was only seen once, and flew away from their yard. They have asked that folks not come to look for it as it couldn't be seen from the street , only from inside their house.
