This morning Kari and I found a Townsend's Solitaire in a crabapple tree at the corner of NE 4th Ave and Itasca St. After a brief look, it flew south across the tracks and perched in a tall deciduous tree. There are several crabapple trees along this stretch of Itasca Street and crabapple trees near the KAXE parking lot, any of which might attract the bird again.
