Hi,

Around 5 p.m. I found a Baird's Sandpiper (nonbreeding plumage) foraging on the
ice at the Sleepy Eye WTP's. This is a new early south record - the previous
early south record was 3/14/12. Seems like migration is underway earlier with
this mild weather we're having.
