3/18/2016 I was contacted by a staff member at the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge and they requested that I pass along a closer note, for the Old Cedar Avenue Bridge parking area. The access road to the parking area will be closed on Saturday March 19th. The access road to the parking area should be open again on the 20th. When it reopens, I encourage everyone to head down and check out the new board walk. I have yet to have time to check it out, but the comments I've heard on it sound good.
