First it was pointed out to me that the location that I originally posted is in Derrynane Township not Lexington Township. Second Doug Kieser checked it out tonight and found workers in the field, so perhaps this won't be as good as I thought. Third Doug Kieser went on to Eggert Lake on the east side of CR 30 about 2 miles north of CR 26 in Lanesburgh Township and found 3 Willets along with a number of other shorebirds and even some Greater White-fronted Geese.
