May 31, 2016 I am posting this sighting for Deb Fellows. Deb Fellows observed a Black-necked Stilt at 11:00 am in a flooded field just West of the town of Tracy. >From Tracy go West on Highway 14 and turn Left, South on 300th Avenue. Watch >for the flooded field on your left in about 3/4s of a mile.
