Annabelle Watts and I were interested in checking in on the well known
Yellow-Throated Warblers at Gold Medal Park today to see if they were able to
successfully nest at this busy location. It seems they were (Bruce Fall was
probably the first to note this 9 days ago). We only saw one adult tending to
one immature. They would fly from pine to pine together. The adult never sang,
but it was quite busy collecting food for the noisy fledgling and it was 3pm
after all. Tough to get more than a fleeting look at the immature which
preferred to wait for the adult in dense cover.

These warblers have already been well photographed, but for the interested
Annabelle shared a couple photos of the adult. https://flic.kr/p/HQ6XqX
