I was at the Clearbrook sewage ponds earlier today and found 2 Red-necked Phalaropes, a Sanderling and a single Franklin's Gull. Only other shorebirds present were 3 Baird's and a couple of Spotted Sandpipers. These were all on the far side of the first pond - on or near the berm.
I also spotted a Great Egret at the Red Lake Falls Sewage Ponds. It was in the back cell but lucky for me it was high enough on the bank to see it from the gate (spotted while scanning the top of the berm between the ponds). ---- Join or Leave mou-net: http://lists.umn.edu/cgi-bin/wa?SUBED1=mou-net Archives: http://lists.umn.edu/archives/mou-net.html
