I have just finished walking around all 3 of the ponds and have not found the Phalarope. It was 23 degrees this am with a lot fog rising off the ponds and morning sun glaring as one walks into the ponds area. It made for hard viewing. Walking back out however was excellent viewing. I feel sure the bird is not here.
