A resident of the area has been seeing the bird for more than a month. He thinks it has a broken wing. He has tried to capture it, intending to take it to the Wildlife Rehab Center, but couldn't get close enough to it. He has seen it flutter straight up about 16 inches. It has been feeding in lawns, but will probably not survive much longer.
