It was in my term as President of the MOU. I would guess 2005, after the
owl invasion. I headed up the negaotiations with Carroll Henderson andrhe
DNR then Carroll put me in contact with many others that made it happen.
The booth came about because Carroll and I displayed beside each other in
the Owotanna Cabela's one day. people were streaming past us but no one
stopped i drew up a large sign for the table "ask us about birds" and we
had a crowd the rest of the day...
