Recent rains have brought the Tacoma area field's back in business. There are 
currently nearly 300 shorebirds present including:

Ruddy Turnstone
Dunlin
Wilson's Phalarope
Short-billed Dowitcher
Lesser Yellowlegs
Semi-palmated Plovers
White-rumped Sandpipers
Least Sandpipers

With more rain in the forecast this area should be good for shorebirds in the 
coming days.
