This morning I found 21 species of warbler at Battle Creek Park East in southeast Ramsey County. All species were heard singing and most were seen as well, highlighted by a Connecticut Warbler. To find this bird, follow the main paved trail south from the dog park area off Upper Afton Rd. and continue south until the path is flooded; the bird was singing emphatically on the dirt trail that heads east from this spot.
