The question it brings to mind is, are these numerous metro BLGR sightings a function of more birders doing the observation, an isolated seasonal weather-pattern, or a range-change due to climate alteration? Also, given their habitat preferences, are we creating more of what they like, in pursuit of the sand and gravel, and cleared land, that supports development? Linda Whyte
