There’s a Snowy Egret at Somsen W.M.A. (just west of Menards along Hwy 14 in New Ulm). It was found by Sarah Taylor yesterday and Mike Oetken reported it to me today. It’s probably a juvenile but according to Sibley some adults in nonbreeding plumage are similar.
